IS YOUR PACKAGING DISCREET?
All items will be discreetly packaged to arrive in your hands safely, at your discression. We will only put names and addresses on the packaging you provide us with. Each package will be stamped with the BarkAgainst logo, for you to easily identify.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are happy to organise returns, with a complete refund, including postage and packaging. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us first to resolve any issues; and we will contact you at our earliest convenience.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DONATION?
When you purchase any of the BarkAgainst items, your money goes directly into funding educational materials, products and tools for the Petplay, Kink and Fetish community to spread the message of inclusivity.
WHAT ARE THE AMBASSADORS FOR?
The chosen ambassadors who make up the BarkAgainst team, are made up of an inclusive and carefuly selected group of petplayers and kinkers. Each member specialises in understanding the perspective of the community from a range of backgrounds. The BarkAgainst Ambassadors meet regularly to adapt and provide resources for the community as it grows and changes. We accept all payment methods available by our domain provider, through secure transfers. If you are having issues with your purchases, please inform a member of our team and we will aim to resolve it at our earliest convenience.
